Manufacturing Manager
Our client is a world leader in the design, development and manufacture of advanced automation systems for the life sciences research industry, specialising in automation for cell culture and advanced screening applications.
Whilst we await further information on the role, the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of day to day production of the company’s exciting and expanding product portfolio as well as having responsibility for formulating and delivering the long-term production strategy.
Proven manufacturing experience in a high technology engineering environment is critical.
Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate strong and effective leadership skills, with a particular emphasis on building successful teams and leading change. A lean manufacturing and/or a continuous improvement background is important as is a working knowledge of design for manufacture techniques.
