Interim Chief Operating Officer
Our client is an ambitious, highly successful and fast-growing company – operating in the pharma space, but with its operations firmly focused on patients, no matter where they may be located.
Headquartered in the UK, the business is complex and truly international. Plans for the continued growth and development of the company include the immediate appointment of an Interim COO to spearhead and drive forward the current operations. A subsequent transition into a permanent position is a genuine possibility.
Candidates need to possess high energy, have some international familiarity / experience, be excellent people managers and enjoy what is a truly operational role – bringing with it a need for proven business skills and an ability to decisively solve problems and thrive under pressure. Quite possibly, you will already have held a successful leadership position within a fast-moving and customer-focused organisation such as a CRO, a speciality pharma or orphan drug company.
This is initially a 6 month assignment, 5 days per week. Location will be the UK offices (Greater London). This is a demanding and senior position and one of the most exciting interim roles we have handled for some time. If this is of interest, please contact Geoff Newman as soon as possible.
