Head of Pre-Clinical Development (Interim or Permanent)
Our client, based in the UK is a well-funded and ambitious company, transforming itself under dynamic new management, including expansion of its activities into the vaccine field.The need has emerged for a Head of Pre-Clinical Development – a critically important role reporting to the Development & Operations Director.
The successful candidate will:-
- be PhD qualified
- have significant DMPK and toxicological experience, including CRO management, statistical knowledge and regulatory submission experience.
- have experience of in vitro and in vivo investigations.
- Preferably have some previous exposure to vaccine development.
- have a good commercial awareness.
The company ideally is looking to appoint someone to occupy this important position on a permanent basis, but would consider exceptional candidates on an interim basis providing they are willing to commit to 3 days per week.
