Head of Bioanalytical Development (Interim or Permanent)
Our Client is a highly ambitious and full service international Contract Research Organisation (CRO) with capabilities in both early stage and late stage clinical development.The company is headquartered in the UK, but has operations across Europe, Australia and the United States, together with capabilities in multiple other territories.
The company currently has almost 100 clinical trials running for its clients.
Given the rapidly growing size and complexity of the business, the need has emerged for an experienced professional to assume the role of Head of Bioanalytics
Managing a team of 15 staff, candidates must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in this specific field, be well organised, a good communicator and a proven manager of people.
The aim of our client is to find someone to occupy this important position on a permanent basis, but will give very serious consideration to a top quality Interim Manager who could commit for a period of 3-6 months until such time as the permanent person has been identified and their services secured.
Candidates are likely to have performed a similar role either in another CRO or in a well-respected pharmaceutical company.
