Director : Global Corporate Communications (Interim or Permanent)
Our Client is a mid-sized pharmaceutical company with a very impressive record of top and bottom line growth over the past 10 -15 years.A key position within the organisation is that of Director : Global Corporate Communications, and the need has arisen to find someone to occupy this role, ideally on a permanent basis, or on an interim basis until such time as the right permanent person has been identified.
Based in the UK alongside the other global functions, and reporting directly to the company’s Chief Operating Officer, this is a role that has both significant strategic and operational components.
Candidates must possess extensive experience in a Global / EU Communications role within the pharmaceutical and/or life sciences sector – be that PR/PA Agency or in-house.
Candidates must also possess excellent inter-personal skills, be able to work under pressure and have a good understanding of EFPIA and local codes of practices and laws that govern the pharmaceutical sector.
